A huge congratulations to our Director Nicole Doherty for being named Finalist of the AusMumpreneur Awards in the category Ausmumpreneur Of The Year

This is a huge honour, and greatly deserved.

Wyngate Care is a huge supporter of Mum’s and appx 98% of our workforce is made up of Mums, a huge portion single mums.

Our work is often centred around supporting other mums (often single mums) with their children (young and adult) to help them remain at home, as well as giving stressed,  worried Mums comfort knowing our outreach staff are supporting their children who may have a disability, mental health issues, drug and alcohol issues and living rough or in unsuitable accommodation

As a mum herself, juggling 3 companies ( D & M Connect and Empowered Liveability on top of Wyngate) with a very active 3.5 year old, Nicole knows the struggle and Mummy Guilt it takes to be a working Mum. But also knows how important it is to show our children what we can do, especially through service to others

We are proud to be lead by someone with so much empathy, compassion, unconditional positive regard, and a huge heart, that empowers mums to get back into the workforce, and provides a flexible workplace to be able to work around our kids, as well as encouraging mums with lived experience of disability to train in an industry where their skills aren’t just valued, but highly sought after.

Thank you AusMumpreneur for highlighting so many amazing Mums

Congratulations Nicole, from all of the Wyngate Team
