WyngateCare - Company Message

All staff employed by Wyngate Care are compliant with the following mandatory pre employment practices:  
  • Undergone National Police Checks and have satisfactory outcomes
  • Referees have been checked
  • Previous employers of the staff member were included in the referee checks
  • Wyngate Care has undertaken internal record checks for Conduct or Discipline records for the staff member and the outcomes assessed as part of the employment process.
  • Have achieved a Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Work or a higher equivalent

Wyngate Care staff members also comply with extra Safety Screening Procedures including:
  • ANNUAL National Police Checks
  • Working with Children Checks- For all staff, not just those working with Children
